Duties

• Manage and advance personal injury cases through all litigation stages, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, serving as a guide through their legal journey and ensuring exceptional service.
• Lead and mentor support staff within a pod structure, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Strategically handle depositions, expert deadlines, and mediation to maximize case value and efficiency.

Requirements

• Active state bar certification in Texas.
• 2-4 years of experience in personal injury litigation or related legal practice.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume caseloads with urgency and precision.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and Outlook for effective case management and communication.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school.

Certifications

• Current license to practice law in the State of Texas.
