Duties

• Manage discovery, motions, depositions, expert deadlines, and trial preparation to advance cases efficiently.
• Lead and mentor a support team, fostering productive relationships and aligning team efforts with firm objectives.
• Develop a deep understanding of client narratives to guide them through the legal landscape and secure favorable results.
• Proactively communicate with clients to provide exemplary service and maintain high standards of performance.

Requirements

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school.
• Be certified to practice law in the State of Texas.
• Demonstrate 2-4 years of personal injury experience or related legal background with strong litigation skills.
• Exhibit proficiency in MS Office and Outlook, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited institution.

Certifications

• Active state bar certification in Texas.
