Duties

• Lead and mentor support staff within a pod structure, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Strategically handle depositions, expert deadlines, and mediation efforts to maximize case value and efficiency.

Requirements

• Active state bar certification in Texas.
• 2-4 years of personal injury experience or related legal background, with a strong preference for litigation expertise.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive advocacy style.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA).

Certifications

• State bar certification in Texas.
