This full-time position focuses on pre-litigation matters, representing clients in cases involving dog attacks, unsafe property conditions, and workplace injuries. The ideal candidate will manage a proactive caseload, advocate for injured individuals, and lead a support pod within a high-performance environment.

Duties

• Represent clients in premises liability and workplace injury cases, including dog attacks and industrial accidents.
• Develop and implement strategies to nurture productive relationships with the support team and align with company goals.
• Manage an efficient caseload by providing exemplary customer service and driving business forward through strategic insights.
• Advocate for clients against insurance companies, ensuring they are protected from being taken advantage of.
• Lead, manage, and ensure accountability for a pod of support staff, fostering a collaborative and friendly work environment.

Requirements

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA).
• Be certified to practice law in the State of Texas.
• Demonstrate 3+ years of experience in premises liability, workplace injury, or related legal fields.
• Exhibit proficiency in MS Office and Outlook, with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Showcase excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to plan and adapt to structuring tasks.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active State bar certification in Texas.
