This full-time, pre-litigation position involves representing clients injured in dog attacks, unsafe property conditions, and workplace accidents. The successful candidate will handle a proactive caseload, advocate for injured individuals, and lead a support team in a high-performance environment focused on professional growth and exceptional client service.

Duties

• Represent clients in premises liability and workplace injury matters, including dog attacks and industrial accidents.
• Develop and implement strategies to nurture productive relationships with the support team and align with company goals.
• Manage a proactive caseload, providing exemplary customer service and driving business forward through strategic insights.
• Advocate relentlessly for clients, guiding them through the legal process and helping them rebuild their lives.

Requirements

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school.
• Be certified to practice law in the State of Texas.
• Demonstrate 3+ years of experience in premises liability, workplace injury, or related legal fields.
• Exhibit proficiency in MS Office and Outlook, with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active State bar certification in Texas.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to maintain an elevated level of aggression on behalf of clients.
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
