A law firm seeks a senior litigation associate to join its Real Estate Capital Markets practice in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in commercial foreclosure litigation, receiverships, and other real estate litigation matters. Excellent academic credentials are required, and large regional, national, or international law firm experience is preferred.

• Duties
• Represent clients in commercial foreclosure litigation, receiverships, and guarantor enforcement matters.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery (including e-discovery), depositions, and courtroom proceedings.
• Draft motions and legal documents, ensuring adherence to proper Texas citation formatting and rigorous research standards.
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the ability to work independently.

• Requirements
• At least 6-8 years of commercial litigation experience, with a focus on real estate matters.
• Active Texas bar admission is required.
• Proven experience in commercial foreclosure, receiverships, and guarantor enforcement litigation.
• Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.

• Education
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Certifications
• Admitted to the Texas State Bar.
