The candidate should have 2+ years of experience closing real estate transactions to start immediately. Should have ability to work independently as well as with a team is important. Good communication skills required. Computer literate and fluent in English is very important. We offer a great family feel, fun environment with plenty of room for growth and advancement. The Processor/Closer has exceptional people skills and is professional and polite in all interactions with clients, attorneys, inspectors, agents, vendors, and all business contacts of the team. The Title Processor/Closer is a diligent, process-oriented individual who organizes and communicates information to all parties necessary in a timely and efficient manner. Person will work closely with the attorney and be responsible for all of the closing duties. Process and oversee contracts from receipt to closing. Conduct all parts of the transaction: gathering all pertinent information for opening a file, ordering title, lien searches, payoffs, estoppels, surveys and any other necessary documents, prepare preliminary CDs or HUDs, establish a timeline, communicate with all involved parties via phone or emails to obtain required information, etc. Complete the pre-closing process in an efficient and organized manner. Conduct closings in a professional and proficient manner. Complete the post-closing process in a timely and accurate manner. Should have outstanding organizational skills, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task. Should be proficient computer skills, and ability to solve problems. Past experience as a Real Estate Title Insurance Processor is necessary for this position.
