Duties

• Handle matters involving employment-related claims and provide exemplary legal counsel to clients.
• Take and defend depositions, draft and argue dispositive motions, and attend hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Perform legal research, analyze case law, and prepare pleadings and correspondence.
• Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience preferred, with a focus on labor and employment law.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida.

Skills

• Proficiency in legal research and case law analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
