Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Career Associate with three or more years of litigation experience to represent banks, lenders, and loan servicers in disputes involving loan servicing practices and credit reporting. This position offers the opportunity to sit in the West Palm Beach office and provides sophisticated work through a sustained, long-term alternative to the traditional partner track.

Duties

• Represent financial services companies in litigation matters involving loan servicing and credit reporting disputes.



• Manage multiple matters with competing deadlines, engaging directly with clients and opposing counsel.



• Conduct discovery, prepare for courtroom proceedings, and take meaningful responsibility for case strategy.



• Collaborate within a supportive team while working independently to ensure effective client communication.

Requirements

• Three or more years of litigation experience with courtroom and discovery exposure.



• Admission to practice and good standing in the state where the candidate will be based.



• California bar admission is preferred but not required.



• Ability to manage competing deadlines and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Education

• Strong academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
