A law firm seeks a mid-level to senior Labor and Employment Associate for its Philadelphia, PA office. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of employment litigation experience and be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. Admission in Delaware and/or New Jersey is preferred.

Duties

• Represent clients in employment litigation.
• Handle wage and hour class and collective actions.
• Manage trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation.
• Engage in administrative agency matters.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
• 4-7 years of employment litigation experience.
• Admission in Delaware and/or New Jersey preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Ability to manage and move cases forward.
• Willingness to work across offices.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
