Meeting timelines is importantu003cbr/u003e3. Conference room setup - Move foldable walls and set up tables and chairs as needed. Includes connecting/disconnecting power cables, and storing of nesting tables and chairs as required. General set up of conference room areas and cleaning of white boards, tables and chairs as necessary. Keep general order to conference room areas. u003cbr/u003e4. Activity setup – Work with Operation Support and Activities Committee to set up and take down the employee breakroom, and occasionally outside areas, for employee activities. This can include help with the annual picnic. u003cbr/u003e5. Repairperson – Hanging of tack board, white board, posters, and plaques as needed. May include simple office furniture repair. May include scheduling and/or working with outside office work contractors. u003cbr/u003e6. Janitorial work – Vacuuming floors as needed. Cleaning of office windows. General dusting. Cleaning of breakroom sinks, floors, tables, chair, counters, microwaves and refrigerators, running dishwasher. u003cbr/u003e7.
