The candidate’s duties include assisting in all aspects of Plaintiff pre-litigation auto and trucking accident case management and managing your own docket of client files. Docket management responsibilities include working up cases from intake through pre-litigation negotiations and settlements with insurance adjusters and/or opposing counsel, as well as post settlement reductions, client settlement statements, liens handling and distribution of settlement funds. Such Pre-litigation responsibilities include assisting in new client intakes and sign ups, creation of new client files, sending LOP's and LOR's, obtaining PIP and UIM information and opening claims, establishing 3rd party liability with insurance companies, assisting clients with their auto collision property damage claims and a strong emphasis on client customer service which includes the full oversight and management of client medical treatment to ensure client receives all appropriate medical care, obtaining medical and billing records, reviewing demands and negotiating settlements. Extensive communication with clients and insurance adjusters, medical providers, and clients. Bi-Lingual Spanish Preferred. Must possess 3+ years Personal Injury auto accident case/claims experience.
