A law firm seeks a highly motivated senior associate or senior counsel to join its Class Action group in the Employment and Immigration practice area in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in complex litigation and a passion for handling innovative class action work.

Duties

• Defend class action lawsuits, including employment discrimination and workplace privacy.
• Handle EEOC/DOL, wage and hour claims, and statutory or common law privacy cases.
• Engage in products liability and consumer fraud litigation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of substantive experience in complex litigation.
• Superior academic, research, and writing credentials.
• Bar admission in Texas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
