Duties

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant finance experience at a law firm.
• Experience with syndicated lending and secured lending transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters effectively.
• Licensed or eligible for admission to the Texas Bar.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications
