Duties

• Manage all phases of personal injury litigation, including trials, depositions, hearings, mediations, and negotiations.



• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.



• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and maintain detailed, accurate case files and records.



• Represent clients in court proceedings and advocate for favorable outcomes in settlement discussions.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Texas Bar License to practice law in the state.



• Demonstrated experience in law and court proceedings, with specific expertise in depositions and trials.



• Strong ability to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients in a team-oriented setting.



• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
