A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney in Dallas, TX, to manage pre-litigation premises liability and general negligence cases. The role involves representing clients injured in dog attacks, unsafe property conditions, and workplace incidents. The attorney will lead a support pod, develop client relationships, and advocate for fair settlements against insurance companies.

Duties

• Represent clients in premises liability and workplace injury matters, including dog attacks and industrial accidents.
• Manage a proactive caseload, ensuring efficient case progression and exemplary client service.
• Lead and mentor a support pod, fostering productive relationships and aligning with firm goals.
• Conduct client interviews, gather evidence, negotiate settlements, and prepare for trial as needed.
• Advocate aggressively for client interests, ensuring they are protected from insurance company tactics.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in premises liability or workplace injury law.
• Active state bar certification in Texas.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive, assertive work style.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Texas.
