Duties

• Lead and manage a team of support staff, fostering productive relationships and ensuring alignment with firm goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to advance cases through discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Guide clients through the litigation process, understanding their unique circumstances and advocating for their best interests.
• Proactively manage caseloads, prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient progression and exemplary customer service.

Requirements

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school.
• Maintain active state bar certification in Texas.
• Demonstrate 2-4 years of personal injury experience or related legal experience, with strong litigation skills preferred.
• Exhibit proficiency in MS Office and Outlook, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active state bar certification in Texas.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities with a focus on planning and adaptability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, assertive, and relentless in achieving goals within a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
