A law firm seeks an experienced, detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join their team in Los Angeles, California. The successful candidate will work closely with trial attorneys, providing support before, during, and after trials. Duties

• Provide legal support to clients and assist trial attorneys.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Prepare demands and manage cases pre-suit.
• Draft legal reports and documents.
• Interact with expert witnesses, including drafting reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with litigation paralegals and case managers.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the CA State Bar Association.
• 1+ years of litigation experience, personal injury preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in personal injury law.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership with the CA State Bar Association.
