A law firm seeks an experienced Senior Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to join their team in Century City, CA. The successful candidate will independently manage high-value, complex cases and provide mentorship within the Pre-Litigation Department.

Duties

• Independently manage high-value plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through strategic settlement.
• Draft comprehensive demand packages and negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel.
• Analyze complex liability, coverage, medical treatment progression, and damages.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and support staff.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to refine SOPs and improve workflow efficiency.
• Serve as the primary advisor, offering guidance and regular case updates to clients.

Requirements

• Active California Bar License in good standing.
• 8+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience, with a focus on pre-litigation.
• Proven track record of negotiating substantial, high-value settlements.
• Experience in leadership or mentoring within a fast-paced legal environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar License.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
