• Defend class action matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in court appearances, settlement conferences, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active California state bar membership.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance litigation or relevant practice areas.
• Strong knowledge of civil law and dispute resolution processes.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Available for some travel.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
