Duties

- Conduct and defend depositions, and handle mediations, hearings, and trial proceedings, including jury selection and examinations.
- Collaborate with paralegals and litigation support staff to ensure thorough case preparation and client service.
Requirements
- Active membership in the Delaware Bar, in good standing.
- Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills with a commitment to client service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active Delaware Bar license in good standing.
Skills
- Proven litigation and trial experience in personal injury or related areas (2+ years preferred, but training available for less experienced candidates).
- Ability to lead matters from filing through trial, including jury selection and opening/closing statements.
- Strong organizational skills to manage a full caseload effectively.
