Duties
- Manage and litigate casualty, general liability, and professional liability cases from inception through trial.

- Collaborate with team members on case strategy, discovery, and settlement negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records of billable hours and case files using firm management systems.
Requirements
- Current and active Bar membership in good standing in PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, DC, and/or CT.
- Prior experience in casualty litigation is preferred, though candidates with relevant transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
- Superior written and oral communication skills with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active license to practice law in at least one of the specified jurisdictions.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with LexisNexis and familiarity with Case/File Management systems.
- Strong ability to track billable hours and manage administrative tasks.
