This position will be based out of our office located at 314 South Manning Blvd in Albany, NY.\u00A0Our commitment to continuous learning and a supportive work environment are essential elements to meeting our mission.\u00A0 The Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with the Human Resources Manager/Generalist to deliver HR products and services to management and employees.\u00A0 Responsibilities:The Human Resource Generalist partners with the Human Resources Manager(s)(HRM\u2019s) in providing day to day support to management and employees of the Center, as well as assisting with hands-on and strategic work in all HR areas/functions.\u00A0 Responsibilities include partnering with HRM\u2019s & client groups in:\u00A0 employee relations and performance management, partnering with Quality Assurance and HRM\u2019s in investigations, gathering and analyzing compensation data, job descriptions, special projects, participating in recruitment and staffing efforts for client groups, developing and conducting trainings, compliance with Center policies and procedures, the on-boarding process for new hires in assigned divisions, and provides support to the department and managers and staff as needed.\u00A0 Requirements:Bachelor\u2019s degree in field of Business, Human Resources, or related field, at least three (3) years experience with Human Resource Associate level duties including on-boarding and recruitment activities.Excellent professional communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain high level of confidentiality.\u00A0Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail, and strong ability to multi-task.\u00A0\u00A0Must be able to work without supervision and demonstrate considerable initiative.The compensation range for this position is $28.50 to $30.50 per hour.
