The candidate's responsibilities includes: To provide timely review and negotiation of a variety of contracts (e.g. customer sales - product/service; GPO, NDA, clinical trial, consulting, services, direct/indirect procurement). Advise on the structure of all agreements with internal stakeholder teams, including Sales and Contract Managers, IT, Marketing, R&D/Clinical Affairs, Information Security, and Procurement. Advise internal stakeholders on questions and guidance related to third party contracts and vendor relationships. Review of advertising and promotional content. Provide general legal support and training to internal stakeholder teams. Participate in legal department meetings and business project meetings. Support fellow attorneys, paralegals and healthcare compliance team in all general contracting areas in variety of areas, including compliance and privacy.
