Personal Injury Pre-Suit Paralegal
The candidate will coordinating/scheduling litigation hearings. Correspondence with clients/ medical providers/hospitals/and insurance companies. Requesting medical records from private and public hospital facilities. Drafting letters of representation, demand letters, and other legal correspondences with insurance companies. Record and store client information. Preparing the attorney for mediations/court hearings. Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field is a plys. Spanish/Portuguese a plus. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Deadline and detail-oriented are required.
