Personal Injury Case Manager
Candidate will work in personal injury department. Will be assigned an 80 claim caseload. Will be an emphasis on speaking with prospective clients who call the firm’s marketing line to secure representation and drafting presuit demand letters in an effort to settle claims. Communicating with clients, insurance adjusters and medical providers; Data entry; Signing up new clients using the firm’s intake forms; Answering marketing calls and persuading perspective clients to sign with the firm; Opening insurance claims for all applicable parties involved in a personal injury claim; Drafting and sending 1st and 3rd party letters of representation; Requesting medical records and bills; Drafting pre-suit demand letters; Negotiating medical bills; Preparing closing statements; Drafting and issuing settlement checks to clients and medical providers; Paying invoices; and Preparing other support tasks.
