Profile

Ability, knowledge, and experience to provide care for seniors in their home. Desire to provide companionship and care for others. Companionship duties may include but are not limited to: Conversation, light housekeeping, shopping, errands, meal preparation, laundry, exercise, and activities. Personal Care duties may include but are not limited to: Medication reminders, dressing and bathing assistance, transfer assistance, incontinence care, and feeding. Understanding and ability to work with persons with dementia.

Job Requirements
· Ability & willingness to care for seniors in a compassionate, respectful manner at all times & in all circumstances.
· Reliable transportation and auto insurance
· Punctuality – must report to assignments on time
· Communication skills – cheerful, professional, respectful, caring communication skills
· Valid Virginia CNA license or HHA certificate
· CPR certification a plus but not required
· Memory care experience a plus but not required
· Must pass background and drug screens
Location of positions: Various - Richmond, Henrico, Ashland, Mechanicsville, Hanover
