Case Manager

Profile

FT/40 hrs. This position will provide Case Management Services to non-minor dependents (NMD’s) that are participating in the THP-NMD program, maintain regular contact (as determined by the program contract/Statement of Work),   meet a minimum of one time a week with youth to work on goals set forth to increase their success in all areas of their life and represent Olive Crest in various collaborative relationships with apartment complexes, job placements, school officials, county liaisons and all community partners. This position will also provide Coaching Services to Independent Living Skills Program participants, coordinate and manage the Independent Living Skills Program, as well as track ILS contracts and youth’s participation in ILS activities. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and experience working with high-risk youth. Master’s degree in related field preferred. (posted 9/3/21)
