A law firm seeks an experienced Social Security Disability Attorney to join its Los Angeles, CA office. Duties

• Represent Social Security Disability clients through all stages of their claims, from initial application to final resolution.



• Prepare clients for hearings and advocate effectively on their behalf before Administrative Law Judges.



• Manage a substantial caseload while maintaining exceptional client service and communication standards.



• Collaborate with experienced case managers and support staff to efficiently move cases forward and develop legal strategies.



• Prepare evidence, build compelling cases, and help clients navigate complex legal matters during difficult times.

Requirements

• Hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and possess an active license and good standing with at least one US state bar.



• Demonstrate prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings and successfully managing a high-volume caseload.



• Exhibit outstanding communication, advocacy, and client relationship skills, with strong writing and organizational abilities.



• Be self-motivated, performance-driven, and comfortable working in an office-based environment that values collaboration.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Existing Social Security Representative ID (preferred).

Skills

• Experience with cross-border matters is not required, but experience with high-volume disability claims is essential.



• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage an active caseload with precision.



• Strong analytical skills for developing legal strategy and preparing evidence.
