Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents for corporate clients.



• Manage and execute matters within the Venture Capital and M&A practice areas.



• Provide legal counsel on securities law compliance and corporate governance issues.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of relevant law firm experience in corporate transactions.



• Proven experience handling Venture Capital or M&A matters is required.



• Strong ability to draft and negotiate complex legal agreements.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New York.

Skills

• Expertise in securities law compliance and corporate governance is desired.
