A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Atlanta, GA. This fully remote role requires an experienced legal professional to manage complex cases, drive strategic outcomes, and deliver exceptional client service within a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Manage the full lifecycle of personal injury cases from intake through resolution, ensuring timely identification and adherence to all critical deadlines.



• Develop creative legal strategies and problem-solving approaches to maximize case value and effectively challenge insurance companies.



• Maintain proactive and clear communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the litigation process.



• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations, improve case management systems, and enhance overall client experience.

Requirements

• Active admission to the State Bar of Georgia is mandatory.



• Five to ten years of substantive experience in personal injury litigation.



• Strong ability to independently manage a robust caseload in a fast-paced, evolving environment.



• Deep knowledge of Georgia laws, regulations, and procedural requirements.



• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and persuasion.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active admission to one or more districts of the Georgia Federal Court is preferred.
