Duties

• Represent financial services clients in litigation matters involving loan servicing and credit reporting disputes.

• Engage directly with clients, opposing counsel, and team members to ensure effective communication and case strategy.



• Conduct legal research and draft analytical memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents.

Requirements

• Three or more years of litigation experience with demonstrated courtroom and discovery capabilities.



• Admission to practice and good standing in the state where the candidate will be based; California bar admission is preferred but not required.



• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.



• Strong academic and professional credentials with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
