A law firm seeks experienced civil litigators to join its growing team in Foxborough, MA. The firm specializes in landlord-tenant law and serves clients across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. Duties

• Manage a large caseload of civil litigation matters, including drafting pleadings and assisting with discovery processes.



• Conduct depositions, appear in court for hearings, and prepare for and conduct trials.



• Collaborate closely with team members to advocate for clients and guide them through complex legal disputes.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.



• 3-10 years of civil litigation and trial experience.



• Experience in housing court and/or landlord-tenant litigation is highly desired.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in drafting legal documents and managing discovery.



• Excellent oral advocacy and trial preparation skills.



• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, congenial environment.
