Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, motions, status reports, and discovery responses.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials, contributing to the development of comprehensive litigation strategies.
• Conduct focused legal research and draft well-crafted memoranda to support case strategy and client guidance.
• Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients, providing regular status updates and strategic advice.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of prior civil litigation experience with a strong background in both Massachusetts state and federal courts.
• Proven experience taking and defending depositions and leading discovery processes.
• Ability to draft and argue dispositive motions with proficiency and strong advocacy skills.
• Self-starter mentality with the capacity to perform thorough legal research and drive matters forward independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
