A law firm seeks an Insurance Coverage Attorney in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The attorney will collaborate with the partner leading the insurance coverage practice, advising insurers on coverage issues and handling related litigation.

Duties

• Advise insurers on coverage issues under commercial and personal lines policies.
• Prepare coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters.
• Handle declaratory judgment actions and first-party insurance litigation.
• Manage coverage strategy, litigation, and client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of meaningful insurance coverage experience.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• Strong analytical skills and sound professional judgment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in Texas.
