Duties

• Collaborate with lead attorneys on all litigation phases, including rapid response investigations, case evaluation, and reporting.



• Manage discovery processes, conduct depositions, and prepare for trial presentation with a focus on meeting client objectives.



• Conduct thorough legal research and draft comprehensive written materials to support case strategy and client communication.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas is mandatory.



• Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant litigation experience.



• Excellent legal research and writing skills are essential.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Texas State Bar.

Skills

• Experience in insurance defense litigation is preferred.



• Familiarity with carrier billing and reporting guidelines is desired.



• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple offices and practice areas.
