Duties

• Meet with clients to discuss case details, demonstrating compassion and earning their trust and confidence.


• Communicate regularly with clients and insurance companies regarding claim status, demands, and settlement offers.


• Evaluate claims thoroughly and prepare cases for trial, including drafting necessary legal documents and motions.


• Lead negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining professional relationships with opposing parties.


• Work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented office environment to manage case loads effectively.


 

Requirements

• Hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.


• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.


• Be a member of the Georgia Bar and in good standing.


• Demonstrate superb negotiation skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.


 

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.


 

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia.


 

Skills

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.


• Ability to evaluate claims and assess case merits accurately.


• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and insurers.
