• Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial presentation, while maintaining high standards of strategic thinking.



• Prepare detailed case reports and ensure timely communication with clients regarding case status and objectives.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in California; no exceptions apply to this requirement.



• Possess 1-5 years of experience in general liability and premises liability litigation.



• Demonstrate excellent legal research and writing skills with a proven ability to handle complex matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California State Bar license in good standing.
