Duties

• Assist with municipal code enforcement, nuisance abatement, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Participate in civil litigation, administrative hearings, and court appearances.
• Research and analyze issues under municipal codes and state laws.
• Support strategy development for code enforcement matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience in civil litigation, municipal law, or code enforcement.
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
