Duties

• Maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Stay informed on legal changes through ongoing training.
• Prepare thoroughly and document files consistently.

Requirements

• High energy and enthusiasm for client service.
• Experience in drafting and arguing motions, including post-conviction.
• Minimum of 10 felony jury trials and preliminary hearings.
• Admission to the California Bar and ability to attend court in the Bay Area.
• Willingness to travel throughout Alameda County and surrounding areas.
• Knowledge of online case management systems.
• Dedication to zealous client advocacy.

Education

• J.D. and in good standing with the State Bar of California.

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar.
