Duties

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
• Participate in all stages of discovery, including document productions and depositions.
• Draft legal pleadings, briefs, and other required documents.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.

Requirements

• JD from a top law school.
• Admitted to practice in California or New York, with a preference for California-barred attorneys.
• 2-5 years of litigation experience.
• Excellent communication, writing, and research skills.
• Motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with enthusiasm for client development.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the bar in California or New York.
