A law firm seeks a Trial Attorney in Tampa, FL, to manage complex personal injury and property damage litigation. The ideal candidate will advocate for clients to secure maximum compensation, handling matters from initial consultation through trial. This role requires a seasoned litigator with strong negotiation skills and a commitment to client advocacy.

Duties

• Meet with clients to discuss case details, demonstrating empathy and earning their trust and confidence.



• Communicate regularly with clients and insurance companies regarding claim status, demands, and offers.



• Prepare cases for trial and serve as first chair counsel during jury trials when necessary.



• Evaluate claims and leverage superb negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements

• Must be a member of the Florida Bar and in good standing.



• Possess six or more years of litigation experience.



• Demonstrate experience in evaluating claims and managing complex legal matters.



• Ability to work independently in an office environment while maintaining a team-oriented approach.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida.

Skills

• Five or more jury trials as first chair preferred.



• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.



• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.



• Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
