Duties

• Maintain active participation in community activities and professional organizations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of litigation experience in first-party, insurance coverage, or bad faith avoidance matters.



• Active law license to practice in the State of Florida and good standing with the State Bar.



• Civil defense background is preferred.



• Strong interest in insurance coverage issues is desired.

Education

• J.D. from an A.B.A. Accredited Law School with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
