Notice/lien Specialist
The candidate will perform duties : will conduct research, initiate and maintain database files; real estate property records with the county appraiser’s office to verify legal description and owner; GIS mapping; Google; state and county offices; Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy – proofread legal documents; Display problem solving skills; be resourceful, curious and enjoy learning something new every day; Prioritize in fast-paced, deadline-driven, challenging environment. Assist clients with research and verification of required data mandated by Mechanic’s Lien laws. Minimum Associate’s Degree; Paralegal or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 2 or more years of customer service/administrative experience, but not required.
