Duties

• Analyze contracts, insurance policies, and technical reports, collaborating with investigators, engineers, and experts to determine liability.



• Utilize AI tools and forensic methods to uncover facts in complex fire losses, construction defects, and product failure cases.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio.



• One to three years of civil litigation experience, with a strong focus on discovery and case management.



• Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.



• Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Ohio.

Skills

• Experience with forensic experts, site inspections, and cause-and-origin investigations.



• Proficiency in utilizing AI for legal research and case analysis.
