Executive Legal Assistant/Paralegal
The candidate will assist on legal Research and drafting. Will assist on client management. Vendor management. Creation and distribution of press releases. Social media management. Calendar management. Occasional conference representation. Travel coordination. Basic accounting. Inventory and supply management. Leading internal and external communications – memos, emails, presentations, reports. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence. Organize and maintain the office filing system. Project management. Should preferably have work experience as an Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant or similar role. Familiarity with legal services, particularly intellectual property is plus. Excellent MS Office, Adobe skills desired. Outstanding organizational and time management skills plus. Excellent verbal and written communications skills preferred.
