Duties

• Oversee paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with procedural standards.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in Tennessee with a minimum of eight years of bar membership.
• Five or more years of experience in creditors' rights, specifically involving real estate, foreclosure, and litigation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state consumer protection statutes and civil procedure rules as applied to foreclosure matters.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• J.D. from an accredited law school required.

Certifications

• Membership in the Tennessee Bar.
