The candidate will Support Services team, provide a cohesive, full-cycle billing support solution to billing attorneys with complex domestic and international billing books. High School Diploma are required. 3 years of direct billing or client account work for a law or professional services organization are required. Proficiency in Excel are required. Experience with accounting systems such as Elite Enterprise and/or Aderant are required. Proficient in e-billing applications such as eHub or Bill Blast are required. Accurate proofreader and have strong attention to detail are required. Ability to work independently and is able to take direction well are required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and timekeepers are required. Team-oriented and have ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are required. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field,. Billing experience in an international or global organization are required.
