Duties

• Negotiate purchase and sale agreements.
• Prepare and review closing documents.
• Draft and finalize loan agreements and ancillary loan documents.
• Manage the closing of loans, acquisitions, and dispositions.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions.
• Strong academic background and work ethic.
• Positive attitude and interest in commercial finance and real estate.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Admitted to the Georgia Bar in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.

Skills
