Accountant/Bookkeeper Part-time
The candidate should have 5 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience. Executive assistant/legal assistant experience preferred. Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation is a must and you will be tested. Ability to work in fast-paced, high stress environment. Quickbooks Experience a must. Ability to cut checks, complete wire transfers, pay vendors, balance accounts, law firm trust account reconciliation, run payroll, and prepare taxes. Knowledge of legal billing program(s)- preferably Clio (preferred but not required).
